Highlights from the 7th InterLynk General Assembly

Hosted by InterLynk partner, Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, the hybrid meeting allowed both in-person and remote participation, ensuring that all members could engage in the discussions and planning sessions.

Over the course of the two days, participants discussed the current status and progress of the InterLynk project, reviewed recent scientific advancements, and outlined the path forward for the final phase of the project. The assembly provided a platform for valuable exchanges and updates among the consortium members.

A key highlight of the meeting was a visit to Charité's 3D Lab for maxillofacial surgery. This visit offered attendees a great opportunity to engage with state-of-the-art 3D printing techniques in current clinical practice.

Additionally, the assembly included a workshop with Charité surgeons focused on evaluating the future clinical applications of the developing InterLynk scaffolds. This session facilitated direct feedback from clinical practitioners, fostering collaboration and practical insights.

The consortium extends its gratitude to Charité for their excellent organization and hospitality. The successful assembly was a testament to the dedication and collaborative spirit of all participants, whose constructive discussions and shared commitment are driving the InterLynk project forward.
