For the very first time held in Poland, this year’s event will focus on “Perspectives and Challenges in Regenerative Medicine”. A gathering that unites the best in research on bioengineering and regenerative medicine, the TERMIS World Conference, chaired last year by InterLynk researcher Lorenzo Moroni and the various TERMIS subchapter conferences (EU, Americas, Asia Pacific) have become a regular meeting-point for researchers to discuss innovation and advancement in those fields.
For our InterLynk partners, TERMIS is a great opportunity to exchange scientific knowledge in the field of regenerative medicine, including 3D bioprinting, the development of advanced biomaterials, scaffold design, and much more. In that sense, Carlos Carvalho from Envisiontec will participate as an exhibitor, displaying the new Print & Cure head, developed for the Interlynk project. Lorenzo Moroni from Metatissue will be holding a keynote lecture asking “Can biofabrication technologies help to facilitate biobanking of tissue engineered products?” Further participants from InterLynk will be João Mano, who has recently been rewarded with an honorary doctorate from Utrecht University and Carlos Mota from Maastricht University talking about tissue engineering and bioprinting, respectively.
